I’m so glad you’re here.
Hi! I’m Rachel. A Master’s level clinician practicing in Ohio (KY license coming soon!). As a toddler mom and long time eating disorder advocate, I’m eager to apply my passions to my work. I am no stranger to wanting to be in control of life and having a picture perfect plan for how things will play out. Over years of navigating my own mental health, I’ve learned that dropping the rope on things that are not in your control is crucial. Showing up for yourself and your family in authentic ways will fill your cup far more than the perfect home or strategically organized calendar - though you will still catch me working towards both.
In working together you will notice that I connect to the following beliefs:
Therapy is for everyone
Food is fuel and fun
Parenthood changes you, sometimes for the better
Perfectionism is overrated
Flexibility and vulnerability are keys to connection
Exercise is meant to be self love, not punishment
Body size does not determine health
Family, however you define it, is our foundation
Your priorities change when you become a parent
Asking for help is bravery, not weakness
You are replaceable everywhere except your home
Comparison is a thief
Prayer is a powerful thing
Values are the best compass in life
The safe option isn’t always best
In our time together, I hope you feel safe and empowered to embark on the journey of recovery and change. I am passionate about helping individuals get back to a life that fills their cup and excites them. Change and growth are difficult, but worth it. I am honored to be a part of your journey.

Therapy Style
I have extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders, body image, and co-occurring mental health disorders. I am actively expanding my scope of practice to maternal mental health.
Through several years of working in higher levels of care, I have gained specialty in the treatment of adolescents, families, and adults with eating disorders.
I align with a client centered approach and utilize aspects of evidence based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and trauma informed modalities. For those that need more intensive care to combat their eating disorder, I offer FBT (Family Based Treatment).
My therapy approach is personal, evidence based, and promotes challenge to help you grow. We can do the hard work and still have space to laugh, cry, chat about your favorite books and everything in between.
